The application for the 2010-2011 school year is now available using the link below.
Please download both the admission and the enrollment forms from the web site. Receipt of the Admission Form and Parental Pledge will begin the application process. Upon acceptance to Odyssey, you will need to complete the Enrollment Application and Enrollment Affidavit and submit them to the school. Submission of all forms are required before a student begins classes at Odyssey.
