Director: Andy Geeter
My name is Andy Geeter and I serve as school director for Odyssey School. My wife Karen & I have been married for 17 years and we have three great kids, Kevin, Eric, and our newest addition Katie. I get to see a good bit of my sons since they both attend Odyssey School.
I was born in Atlanta and have lived around this area for all my life. After high school, I attended Oglethorpe University, where I played soccer and obtained a degree in secondary education with a concentration in Social Studies. I completed my M.A. in History at Georgia State University and have done some Ph.D course work in higher education at the University of Georgia. Prior to coming to Odyssey School, I served as the Director of Admission at LaGrange College, where I also team-taught a class in World War I History.
In my spare time, I am also an actor. For the past thirteen years, I have worked with the Creative Edge, an interactive comedy troupe that specializes in entertainment and teambuilding for corporations, schools and conferences. I also enjoy coaching soccer and playing sports, especially softball.
